We are a Czech regional real estate development company. Our investments so far have exceeded 2 billion CZK.

The main areas of our activities are residential, office and logistics real estate. We also deal with real estate management.

We are currently planning to build more than 2,000 apartments and 10,000 m2 of commercial space. We are constantly looking for new acquisition opportunities.

We have an efficient team of experienced professionals with an average industry experience of 15 years or more.

WE ARE CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR NEW ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITIES

The total portfolio consists of more than 200,000 m2 of land and brownfields.

In 2022, we purchased a large brownfield in Pardubice where we are planning approximately 400+ apartments, two residential projects in Pilsen with 100+ apartments and a smaller project in the Šumava recreation area with 30 apartments. These projects are currently in the planning phase and will be ready for the market in the coming months.

Miroslav Dorňák is the owner of the real estate developer BlackBird Real Estate. From 2018 to 2022, he worked in the CSG holding in various top positions. Before that, he worked as an interim manager of several companies.

After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, he worked in the tax and legal services department at the international consulting company PwC, where he specialized in clients from the real estate business. He has 17 years of experience in managerial positions in the field of financial management and direct management of companies in other industries as well. After his tenure on the board of Profi Credit Czech, he strengthened the BlackBird Real Estate team, where he has been the group’s CFO since August 2020.

Cyril joined BBRE in April 2022 after almost four years as Business Director at Svoboda & Williams, where he was responsible for the operation of various business lines (residential and office) and key clients. Overall, he has more than 15 years of experience in development, investment and consulting, both in the commercial and residential segments. He gained professional experience at LinkCity, Deloitte, Colliers International, GE Capital Real Estate and Avestus Real Estate.
